The service started it all off on the RIGHT foot, literally no mistakes, constantly checking on our group and doing things to where we didn't even have to ask for anything. Probably the best service I've had from literally any restaurant ever (that's saying a lot). The food was delicious also I've been telling my mom about the experience for the last 24 hours and she was there with me. Highly recommended. ”

“ Point one, it's a typical Showmar's. Point two, that's a good thing as the chain has been typically solid no matter which outlet I've tried. The flounder sandwich has always been my go to with a gyro thrown in for variety every so often and I always enjoy either one. Service at this location has been friendly every single visit so add it all up and say "yay"! ”

I dropped my baby's pacifier and without hesitation he reached under the table to get it. Then he brought a cup of hot water so that I could sterilize it. He did all these things without me even asking! Now that's an example of going ABOVE & BEYOND!!! Great job to Showmars for having such a friendly crew! ”
“ Customer service is always great at this location. You can tell they care about their clients and their satisfaction. Whenever I have the slightest issue I am able to speak to a manager who shows great empathy and support. I've spoken to a few others in the past but the recent ones I can recall are Joe & Scott. Thank you both for being so great! The food itself is great. I absolutely love their fried fish sandwich. I add cheddar cheese, bacon, slaw, and the whole nine! The popcorn shrimp is delish. Love their backlava. Fries are good to be considered crinkle fries! I wish they stayed making the lemonade how it was before. They changed the recipe and it's not like it used to be (sad face). But I can never have anything negative to say about this place! I hope they stay around and multiple! Best food & service in university area that's a clean place, and one that always cooks food correctly, with a smile. That's a lot to say since the food in this area is bad and the service is even worse. Use their app so you can get rewards! ”
“ It's always super clean here and the service is friendly. Food quality is good, and fairly priced. Love their ranch dressing and okra! My husband loves the catfish! My kids like the fried shrimp! The salads and chicken pitas are great also! Never had a disappointing meal here! ”
“ My family and I love this Showmars!!! They are always good. I have never had a bad meal from here. The staff are helpful and work fast. Here you can find the best fish sandwich I have ever had. I also think they have the best sweet tea. They also have a popcorn shrimp mini meal that is really filling. I use the app to order and it is usually ready by the time I arrive. Showmars is a great option for a good meal! ”
“ The menu made me chuckle- fried fish and gyros. It was one of those things I had to see. My coworker and I were looking for a lunch spot and the variety of the menu looked like it was going to be a hit. It a spot where you order at the counter and there is a large men on the side wall as you wait in line. We moved out of the way looking at the specific menu items before walking up to the cashier. We're given our drinks and a number to place on the table. The cashier was lovely and when I asked if the place was a chain, she proudly shared "we have 33 locations!" The food was deliver to the table by a very cheerful employee and she came by the table a couple times offering refills and to clear the table. Heads up- it is a P-e-p-s-i restaurant. Much more popular in the Charlotte area than I remembered. It wasn't the best food I had ever had- no one needs that rice to veggie and grilled chicken ratio. I may try something else when I return. ”
